The 66032 DELTA decoder has been offered by Märklin since 2002. This decoder
can be modified to make the lights remotely controllable (default: permanently
on) via the "function" button, and to make the output for telex or other purposes
remotely controllable (default: via direction reversals) via the "f1" button.
The lights function modification has first been published by Jürgen Schad,
the f1 function modification has first been publically mentioned by Lutz
Hemmerich to the MBG discussion group. Here is a collection of their findings.

lights via "function"
To make the headlights controllable via the "function" button of a control
unit, you need to close the solder bridges on the back (unpopulated) side of the
decoder. The picture shows the decoder in its original (unmodified) state. The
solder bridges to be closed are marked with "Brücke schliessen".
output via "f1"
To make the telex output (white cable) controllable via the "f1" button of a control
unit, you need to close one and open the other of the two solder bridges at
the edge near the middle "AS3" transistor on the top (populated) side of the
decoder. The picture shows the decoder in its original (unmodified) state. The
solder bridge to be closed is marked with "Brücke schliessen". The
solder bridge to be opened is marked with "Brücke öffnen".
